Q: Why is my order tax free?
A: Because the World Chess Hall of Fame is a non-profit institution, products purchased at Q Boutique are tax-exempt.
Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: You should receive your package within 5-7 business days of the order date. You will receive confirmation and a tracking number once it has been sent.
*Update 11/25/21: Due to an influx of orders during our holiday sale, we are experiencing delays in processing and shipping orders. We apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate your patience while we fulfil your order as quickly as possible.
Q: What delivery service(s) are available for my order? How do I track the status of the delivery?
A: Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) as Priority Mail. Tracking service is added free-of-charge and will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
A: We also offer curbside pickup. Orders are processed within 24 hours and available for pickup Tuesday through Friday, 11am to 4pm.
Q: How are my shipping charges calculated?
A: Shipping charges are calculated based on current rates available.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! We are able to ship to almost anywhere in the world.
Q: I either live in Saint Louis or will be visiting soon--am I able to pick up my order in-person? Is there a handling fee?
A: Yes, you are able to pick up in-person, free of charge! Simply choose "Curbside Pickup" when ordering online. Feel free to give us a call to let us know when you plan on stopping by.
Q: Can I order an item from your physical store that isn't available online?
A: Yes! We have several items in our physical store that are not currently available online; additional products can be found on our Facebook page. Call or email us to place a special order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Store credit will be given for merchandise purchased within the past seven days, with a receipt. Chess sets, jewelry, magazines, gift certificates, and sale items are non-returnable.
