A: Because the World Chess Hall of Fame is a non-profit institution, products purchased at Q Boutique are tax-exempt.

A: Order processing may take up to 2-3 days. You should receive your package within 5-7 business days after the order has been fulfilled. You will receive confirmation and a tracking number once it has been sent.

 

Q: What delivery service(s) are available for my order? How do I track the status of the delivery?

A: Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Tracking service is added free-of-charge and will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

A: Shipping charges are calculated based on current rates available.

A: Yes! We are able to ship to almost anywhere in the world.

 

 Q: What is your return policy?

A: Store credit will be given for merchandise purchased within the past seven days, with a receipt. Chess sets, jewelry, magazines, plants, candy, gift certificates, and sale items are non-returnable.
